Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I hire a Virtual Business Manager rather than hire in-house?

Outsourcing to a Virtual Business Manager will save you money as there are no overheads, office equipment costs, sick leaves, holiday pay, and superannuation involved. You are able to free up time and stay focused on the bigger picture which means bringing more profits to your business at the same time saving costs.
If you don’t hire at all and decide to do yourself, you are putting all your time in your business instead of focusing ON your business. The money you invest in hiring a VBM pales in comparison with the money you lose when you miss big opportunities.

What’s the difference between a virtual assistant and a virtual business manager?

A virtual assistant is a do-er and would help you implement tasks or projects that you would delegate to them. They need direction, guidance, and sometimes training to get the job done for you. A Virtual Business Manager, on the contrary, has a comprehensive experience and a diversified skillset to not only provide resourceful business support but also advisory support to help you become efficient with your operations and grow your business quicker. A VBM is more involved in the day to day running of your business as well as the decision making process, freeing up your time to do the things you love.

What are your business hours?

We are generally available for work, email contact, messaging, and calls during standard business hours:
Monday to Friday – 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and all major Australia public holidays.

How much time do I need to provide training?

Generally speaking, I just need an insight into how things are done inside your business and what systems you use. Since I have worked with 100+ businesses, it usually takes me just 1 meeting to get started with work.

How do you keep my information secure?

Keeping your information safe and confidential is my utmost priority. This is the reason why a service contract is signed in the beginning, which includes a very prominent clause on confidentiality.
