Throughout my career, across teaching, school management, training organisations and operational improvement - I kept showing up in the same place. Behind the scenes. Bringing structure to chaos. Making complex environments work. That's the work that came naturally. The work I was drawn to.

When I started working with founders, I saw the same pattern I'd spent a decade solving - businesses built on brilliant ideas, growing fast, but operationally still running through the founder. The business had outgrown its foundations.
