She founded Winowin Consulting in January 2019 following the birth of her son as she wanted the flexibility to be able to work around her family life and ambitions for developing a successful business. She created her own online consulting business with a passion to bring a unique skillset to SMEs and start-ups in order to enrich their business through one-on-one collaborative relationship of ongoing professional virtual business support.

Nadia is also a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA Affiliate) and have worked as an educationist for more than a decade. Later in 2016, she successfully transitioned into the corporate world and took managerial responsibilities of building relationships, redefining and streamlining internal business processes, and achieving the desired impact in terms of outstanding customer experience, brand building, and growth.
Driven by innovation, dynamism, and passion, she has worked closely with the top management and helped small business owners build competitive advantage through the improvisation of internal processes and overall customer experience.
She strongly believes in supporting organisational development by encouraging continuous improvement and leading new initiatives and processes at the workplace.
