I have read the previous version of Chill and Prosper, and I’m so excited to read this updated edition. I loved the previous edition of this book, and it was full of inspiration and motivation. Chill and Prosper markets itself as a book that helps you to discover your ideal business model to make twice as much money while spending half the time doing so. I highly recommend this read, especially for women who are running their businesses from home and are looking to grow their business in 2023.

2. Clone Yourself by Jeff Hilderman

Jeff Hilderman is a certified leadership coach and best-selling author who specialises in education for entrepreneurs.

About Clone Yourself:

I have nearly finished Clone Yourself already! I think it is an excellent book for solopreneurs who are passionate about progressing toward their entrepreneurial journey. Anyone who aims to build their team and grow from solo to scaled must read this. The author, Jeff Hilderman, focuses his advice on eliminating the wasted time that entrepreneurs and business owners fall victim to. Clone Yourself  focuses on how to increase productivity, organise yourself, and become an effective team leader. Though I haven’t yet completed it, I definitely recommend picking up a copy of this book for 2023.

3. Virtual Freedom

Chris Ducker is an entrepreneur and a bestselling author, as well as a business coach. He specialises in the world of virtual staffing.

About Virtual Freedom:

I have not yet had the chance to pick up Virtual Freedom, but I’ve heard nothing but great things about this book! About outsourcing your roles as an entrepreneur, Virtual Freedom is a step-by-step guide to buying more time as an entrepreneur by hiring virtual staff to take on some of your responsibilities. For those who are looking for a clear solution to not having enough time in the week to complete their tasks, this book seems like the perfect pick for you. As a mompreneur, I definitely need to start reading this ASAP!

4. We Should All Be Millionaires

Rachel Rodgers is a career woman who prefers to keep it real with her advice. As a woman of color, mother, and millionaire, her advice for female entrepreneurs is well-regarded.

Anyone can make million-dollar decisions, according to this book, and I am so excited to learn more about Rachel’s perspective!

5. Profit First

An author focused on helping small businesses and entrepreneurs succeed, Mike Michalowicz has published seven business books directed at changing the way that businesses perform.

About Profit First:

I’m so excited to read this book by Mike Michalowicz! Profit First is not only a book. It’s a system that the author has developed to make accounting for businesses simpler and more profit-focused. There are four tenets of the Profit First system, and they help to manage businesses that are looking to change the formula of accounting. For those that worry that their business might be more cash-eating than cash-producing, this is a must-read!

6. Clockwork

This author is the same author as the one who wrote number five on our list!

About Clockwork:

The second book by Mike Michalowicz on my reading list, Clockwork, is a business book directed at designing your business to run itself. The theme is similar to other books on this list, where you will learn how to add flexibility to your life by making sure that you are not the only person who cares about your business. Instead, you will be able to free up your schedule and help your business run without the unnecessary stress that can come from running your own business.

7. Goal Getter Yearly Business Workbook

Leonie Dawson have been creating the workbooks for the last 13 years now. Over 450,000 people have used these workbooks with the most amazing results.
